We deliver commercial janitorial and facility-services programs across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for property managers, public-sector buyers, school districts, healthcare facilities, corporate campuses, and complex commercial environments.

How We Operate
Direct-managed workforce. Eagle Maintenance directly employs and supervises its field teams.
Background-checked, uniformed teams. Staff are background-checked, uniformed, trained, and assigned through Eagle Maintenance leadership. School-site personnel follow applicable DPS and fingerprint-clearance requirements.
Documented quality control. Inspection logs, scheduled walkthroughs, supervisor follow-up, and a single point of contact keep each account accountable.
Commercial-only focus. Eagle Maintenance serves corporate, institutional, healthcare, educational, public-sector, industrial, and complex commercial facilities. We do not provide residential or one-time household cleaning.
