Three-Phase Cleaning Program

  • Rough clean — removal of construction debris, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash haul-out to prepare for trim and finish work.
  • Final clean — detailed wipe-down of all surfaces, windows, fixtures, restrooms, and floor systems prior to turnover.
  • Touch-up / punch clean — final inspection-pass cleaning aligned with the owner’s and architect’s punch list.
