Eagle Maintenance Co., Inc. is a family-owned Texas C Corporation founded in 1980 and headquartered at 10833 Alder Circle, Suite 100, Dallas, TX. We were built by a working family in Dallas and have been guided by the same standards — show up, do the work, sign your name to it — for more than four decades.
That family origin is not a slogan. It shapes how we hire, how we train, how we supervise, and how we stay accountable to every client we serve.
What We Stand For
Direct-managed teams. Eagle Maintenance hires, trains, schedules, and supervises its workforce through our own leadership structure.
Accountability you can document. Inspection logs, supervisor walkthroughs, performance follow-up, and a single point of contact support every account.
Procurement integrity. Texas HUB CertifiedMBE Certified, SBE Certified, BuyBoard Cooperative Vendor, and USDOL Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsor.

Commercial focus. Eagle Maintenance serves corporate, institutional, healthcare, educational, public-sector, and industrial facilities exclusively. We do not perform residential service.
